This new Google Update will please most of us as it actually enables users to get a notification when you answer to their review through Google My Business !
This is a great update, because it will avoid a lot of frustrations. As a user, we all encountered the situation where we posted a review online and hoped for a response that never came. And until know even when the location manager answered the reviews, as a user, you never got notified.
It will make a huge difference for businesses taking the time to answer reviews as, some don’t take care to respond .
We believe this feature updated from Google My Business will help a lot companies getting closer to their clients. It will allow to start a real conversation in case a bad experience is encountered. In the case of a good experience, ambassadors might be detected !
Soo, don’t panic, just answer to reviews !
