Restaurant chains are the third most represented sector among the different industries of our customers, just after Bank & Insurance.

Evolution of the number of Google page impressions per restaurant

On average, in the first half of 2019, each restaurant retailer surveyed had 352,067 impressions on Google Search or Google Maps compared to 201,524 last year, it shows an increase of nearly 75% in the number of impressions.

Evolution of the number of activations on the My Business establishment pages

In the first half of 2019, the restaurants surveyed received 5.058 activations through Google My Business, compared to only 3.173 in the first half of 2018, there is an increase of 59.41%.

The click (website), the direction request and the phone call all experienced an increase of over 100% over 18 months (H1 2018 to H1 2019). However the activation “Direction” has experienced the greatest increase with nearly 130% increase.

Visits generated in your restaurants (from Google searches and Google Maps)

For the traffic to the points of sale of the catering, it is possible to note a strong increase of 134% between the first half of 2018 and the first half of 2019.

These figures, which have more than doubled, indicate that consumers have increasingly visited points of sale thanks to an optimized presence of the various establishments in the Google My Business ecosystem.
