A year ago, Google launched a messaging feature around My Business listings. A very useful tool for establishing contact between local establishments and local consumers.
Recently, the app has been tested to allow owners of Google My Business pages to also post photos to the threads. Previously communication was done only by text.
Available on both Google Local and Google Maps listings, this chat system is complemented by the Q & A feature. It is always interesting to recall the power of such tools on your conversions “Online to Offline” (visits to point of sale).
